Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling is the responsibility of the Charlotte FIT Member. This can be done either in person with reception, via the app, or by emailing a request to info@mycharlottefit.com. Note that the gym hours are not reflective of an individual trainer’s availability to train.

All personal training appointment cancellations must be made twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time or it will be considered a “no show.” If Charlotte FIT Member will be late, we ask that Charlotte FIT Member call and update training staff. In the event the Charlotte FIT Member is a “no show” for their scheduled session, the Charlotte FIT Member will be deducted/charged for the session. If you have unlimited sessions and do not cancel within a 24 hour notice there will be a $25 charge that will incur. Sessions should be pre-booked through the Charlotte FIT App, or by emailing info@mycharlottefit.com, and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Arriving for appointments on time is required. Charlotte FIT Members may not be allowed to train if Charlotte FIT Member is more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled time, which will be at the trainer’s discretion.
